20th anniversary of Beijing Tibet Middle School marked
More than 600 Tibetan students gathered in Beijing Tibet Middle School and celebrated the 20th anniversary of the school on September 22. Beijing Tibet Middle School has cultivated 3,478 Tibetan students over the past 20 years, 1,500 of them have returned to Tibet after graduation from university.

Hongfa Kadong Hope Primary School, is a primary school located in Kadong Village of Linzhou County of Lhasa, covering an area of 2,048 square meters with the investment of 1.17 million yuan.

As the founder, A'niu established the school by selling his family assets in 1997 in hopes of providing local kids with language and culture education of both Tibetan and Han ethnic groups, though he himself has never been to school for one single day. Currently 51 students, most of them are of Tibetan ethnic group, are provided with free boarding here.
Seven inland universities join efforts to aid Tibet University 2010-11-22
Beijing University and six other inland universities will joinly support the development of Tibet University, according to a Xinhua report on Monday, Nov 22.
