China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture (CAPDTC) on December 16 launched its 5th session of the 1st conference in Beijing, reviewing progress in 2008 and planning for the following year. More than 70 members participated in and gave suggestions to the development of the CAPDTC.
