With a total investment of about 70 million yuan, Li County Middle School in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Prefecture of China's Sichuan Province finished construction on August 26. Aided by Hunan Province, the middle school can serve two thousand teachers and students there after the heavy quake hit this area in 2008.
