Dai Wei's new film "Once Upon a Time in Tibet" ends two months' shooting successfully at Namtso Holy Lake, located at 5,000 meters above the sea level in Tibet.
This film attracting famous Hong Kong star Peter Ho, inland actors Song Ji , Zhu Yan, Bao Xiaobo, San Kemu and foreign actor Josha Hannume centers on the U.S. Army's delivery of supplies to China by flying over the Himalayas during the Chinese people's war against Japanese aggression (1937-1945), and a love story involving an American pilot named Robert and a young Tibetan woman who saves his life after his airplane crash.
A large number of local non-professional Tibetan actors have been employed in this film reflecting the honest Tibetan people.
