Kegya Monastery ends 1st-phase renovation
With a total investment of over 15 million yuan, Kegya Monastery finished its first-phase renovation in recent days and the second-phase maintenance will be mainly focus on protection of nearby monk houses and local buildings.

Built in 1443, the Qambaling Monastery lies in Chamdo Prefecture, eastern Tibet and is the earliest and largest monastery of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism in Kham area.
Visit to Rongwo Monastery in Qinghai Province 2009-09-01
The Rongwo Monastery is located in Tongren County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, southeastern Qinghai Province. It is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery built in 1301 AD, during the reign of Emperor Dade of the Yuan Dynasty.
