General survey of the collection of Tibetan pattra-leaf sutra is now carrying out in an all-round way in China for the purpose of protecting the Buddhism sutra.
Surveying work is now going forward well in Tibet in line with "the Implementing Scheme for Protection of Tibetan Pattra-leaf Sutra".
By far, Tibet has finished the photocopy and catalogue of the pattra-leaf sutra stored in the Potala Palace while catalogues for collections in the Norbu Lingka, Tibet Museum, Tashilhunpo Monastery, Sagya Monastery and so on, are still on the go.
